We were in and out within about 30 mins, two week turnaround for two engraved wedding bands.

When our home got burgled I lost some much treasured jewellery I had been given by my grandma and father, I was devastated. Thankfully it was insured. I ended up getting gem vouchers from the insurer and couldn't for the life of me find anyone who would take them. As if the process wasn't distressing enough. I came into The Northcote Jeweller on a whim asking if they'd accepted them, they hadn’t previously, but they went the extra mile to get themselves set up so they could help me. Zac set it all up for me and helped me match my stolen jewellery. He was so diligent and communicated with me throughout. I highly recommend them and zac in particular. Thank you so much. Two of my everyday necklace chains both broke with an hour of each other, and I brought them down to the Northcote and they were so helpful. The staff were really knowledgeable about the chains and were able to have them both repaired!!

I was given some cuff links as a Christmas gift from the Northcote Jeweller but they were in a colour I don’t like so took them into the shop to see if I could exchange them. The staff were thoroughly delightful and even though I didn’t have the receipt the cuff links were very distinctive and they easily recognised them. They had a great selection to choose from and spent time chatting and showing me different options, between us deciding (after going outside into daylight) on a colour ‘the exact shade of blue’ as my eyes!

Friendly and helpful staff. They've fixed my engagement ring and a gold chain of mine, and gave some good advice on my fiancé's wedding ring. They were quick to address an issue with my gold chain repair (they do send these out externally to be repaired - so was not due to their fault), and there were no questions asked, which I felt was a really nice, honest approach towards a customer. Will definitely be using them in the future for all my jewellery needs!
