Green Tourmaline also known as ‘Verdelite’ taking its name from the Latin ‘Viridis’ (Green and the Greek suffix ‘Lith’ (Stone) comes in fine leek green hues but ranges to yellowish-green, olive green and dark brownish-green. Tourmaline is available in many other colours such as pink, red and blue, and there are even bio-colour examples like the pink and green watermelon stones.
